  • Perform high quality repairs at a fair price, using qualified technicians and appropriate equipment.
  • Recommend the appropriate procedures to restore your vehicle back to pre-accident condition.
  • Provide you with a written estimate or damage report outlining all work to be done and specifying whether each replaced part is new, Original Equipment Manufacturer, rebuilt, used, recycled, or of similar quality.
  • Maintain technical training and equipment to meet all the requirements for proper repair procedures that are specified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer.
  • Obtain prior authorization in writing, for all work outlined in the estimate, as well as for any additional costs that were not covered in the original estimate.
  • Exercise excellent care of your vehicle while it is being repaired.
  • Safely dispose of hazardous materials in a manner that meets all federal, state, and municipal regulations.
  • Be courteous, attentive, and objective in resolving problems to the entire satisfaction of customers.
  • Take the necessary measures to harmonize the customer's claim with the insurance companies.
  • To always conduct business activities in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Support and honor the Manufacturer's warranty on all products.

8 - Step Repair Process

Step 1.VEHICLE DROP-OFF /REPAIR INITIATION

- Vehicle in - Tagged Keys - Computer input - waiting for insurance company authorization - Photos taken - Parts ordered distributed

Step 2. BODY SHOP / REPAIRS

-  Vehicle assigned to a technician in order of arrival - Technician inspects repairs to be done - Body repairs in process

Step 3. PAINTING

- Vehicle prepped in Paint Dept. ? Sanding - Initial primer - bodywork inspection - Final primers - Sealers masking - In paint booth - Color & Clear sprayed - Paint drying

Step 4. BUFFING & STRIPING

- Vehicle is wet-sanded & buffed - Pinstriping - Rockguard - Two-tone - Bumpers

Step 5. REASSEMBLY & TRIM-OUT

- Installation of lamps, A/C, mouldings, grills, doors, trim, ect. -  Mechanical suspension - Front-end alignment - Noise/electrical

Step 6. DETAILING

- Detail-vacuum - Touch-up - Wax

Step 7. QUALITY ASSURANCE

- Service writer does 22 point check list - Test drive -Customer called when ready

Step 8. CUSTOMER PICK-UP

- You pick up your car!
