Step 1.VEHICLE DROP-OFF /REPAIR INITIATION

Step 2. BODY SHOP / REPAIRS

·  Vehicle assigned to a technician in order of arrival · Technician inspects repairs to be done · Body repairs in process

Step 3. PAINTING

· Vehicle prepped in Paint Dept. · Sanding · Initial primer · bodywork inspection · Final primers · Sealers masking · In paint booth · Color & Clear sprayed · Paint drying

Step 4. BUFFING & STRIPING

· Vehicle is wet-sanded & buffed · Pinstriping · Rockguard · Two-tone · Bumpers

Step 5. REASSEMBLY & TRIM-OUT

· Installation of lamps, A/C, mouldings, grills, doors, trim, ect. ·  Mechanical suspension · Front-end alignment · Noise/electrical

Step 6. DETAILING

· Detail-vacuum · Touch-up · Wax

Step 7. QUALITY ASSURANCE

· Service writer does 22 point check list · Test drive ·Customer called when ready

Step 8. CUSTOMER PICK-UP

· You pick up your car!
